New Gentle Class:
Lynda will now be offering her Monday night class as a gentle
class. This is perfect for those who want a more contemplative,
restorative practice or beginners and those new to yoga. Kim
is continuing her Gentle class on Wednesday evenings.
New Monday Lunch Class w/ Elisabeth:
Add Mondays 12-1:15 on your schedule for a midday recharge
class! If lunch is your time, you now can practice Mondays
and Wednesdays (with the Co-op class).
Tuesday Afternoon Yoga Kids:
There has been a request for a yoga class for kids! Lynda
Meeder who is a trainer for the Yoga Kids program has agreed
to hold a tuesday afternoon class from 3:30-4:30pm. This class
will accept drop-ins, but the program is most successful when
you sign up for 8 classes at a time. Make-ups will be possible,
you can talk to Lynda to learn more about it.
Tuesday Qi Gong with Bonnie Bloom:
Bonnie is back with an ongoing Qi gong class! While
most students still sign up for 8 weeks at a time to save
money and build consistency, Bonnie has made it so that anyone
can drop-in and class card folks can use their class card
and pay $5 more to attend.
Free Thursday Mysore from 9:30-11am:
Mysore is an unled practice based on the basic Ashtanga template
which the student performs at his/her own pace. "Cheat
Sheets" will be available for those new to self-practice.
There is no cost to attend.
New Capoeira Practice on Sundays, 10:30-11:30am:
Many of us have discovered the excitement and fun in this
African/Brazilian dance/martial art/game practice held on
Tuesday nights from 7-9pm. Jamie is now offering a free
practice time on Sundays from 10:30 - 11:30am for those who
participate in the Tuesday night class. This practice time
is not for newcomers. Occasionally this session will be cancelled
to accommodate workshops. If you are unsure, visit the workshop
page on the website to see if there is a sunday workshop when
you want to go.
New Saturday Morning Class with Kim:
Kim Timlege has stepped up to teach an open class on Saturday
mornings from 9-10:30am. This will help to accommodate those
who have a hard time making it during the week.
Sanga Sundays - First Sunday of the month, 5-6:30pm!
Many of us have delighted in this community practice that
incorporates yoga, play, circus fun, games, and more. Join
us to share in the fun and community. All family members
are welcome! Leaders are Prakriti teachers and special
guests.
